About

I'm a fractional Chief Commercial Officer for early-stage, high-value B2B companies. The missing link between strategy and execution.

I work with founders who have built something real and hit the same wall: a strong product, the first signs of pull, and no commercial engine to turn that into revenue. It is too early for a full-time VP Sales, and too important to leave to chance. I step in as the commercial lead, build the go-to-market from zero, and run it until it holds on its own.

Most recently

I was the founding GTM lead at Memtrace, an Antler-backed deep-tech company in Copenhagen. In three months I built the commercial function from zero and owned the full track: positioning and pricing, the CRM and outbound motion, the pilot process, and the first signed pilots with engineering teams in regulated sectors across Europe, including a bank, with the security and compliance work that clears them, DORA and data-residency reviews, air-gapped deployment. I also drove the international side, drafting the strategy and the partnership negotiations for the China market. Strategy and execution, both, from a first cold message to a cross-border deal structure.

Before that

Fifteen years building and scaling B2B companies. Three companies taken from seed to scale, four commercial divisions built from scratch, market expansions across Europe, and one IPO, with more than €200M in revenue generated along the way.

Most people in my world pick a side. GTM advisors think in strategy and hand the doing to someone else. Operators execute and wait for someone to hand them a strategy. I do both. I set the direction and I run it, which is exactly what a very early team needs when it cannot yet split the two across two hires.

I do not bring that as a sales résumé. I bring it because I have seen the same pattern enough times to be useful early, before the bottleneck forms. Most companies do not stall on a weak product. They stall because no one built the bridge between what they built and the people who need it. That bridge is the work.

I work with founders across the Nordics, DACH and the UK. Based in Copenhagen.
